• b. Delayed Response: If we are unable to complete the project on time due to delays caused by the client, refunds will not be provided.
• c. Violation of Terms: Refunds will not be issued if the client has violated any of our terms and conditions, including but not limited to breach of payment terms or project scope changes without agreement.
